点评：I visited the Carousel and rode it, but didn't have time to tour the museum, so I went to the museum a week later. I have some mobility issues, but with assistance was able to get on the platform. I rode in a red chariot behind the faithful dog.
I was fascinated by all the details on the animals and in the paintings. The restoration and maintenance couldn't be better. I enjoyed the carousel music; it's simply amazing! The operator gave us some of the history of the carousel, how it came from Denver to Burlington, how it was used over the years, and even how the mystery of three missing horses was solved and replaced on the platform. I highly recommend riding it!
A week later, we returned to visit the museum. There are several displays about the carousel and the fairgrounds. It was interesting, and I was glad I'd seen it.
