点评：Very disappointing tbh..
I knew it was closed last year for a long period of time - by chance we saw it open last week and came up by to go in again having been in a few years back.
Almost immediately after oayong admission and entering we knew it wasnt good. Cordon off fencing all way around entire courtyard and 80% of perimeter.
On going up the spiral staircases majority of the main rooms are barriered off and not accessable.
Very poor considering they are stil charging full admission - which isnt extortionate but the disappointment of being kept away from majority of all the main bits is poor.
Either close it off permanently or fix it back and allow access..
You cant take any decent pics as there is fencing in the background of every single one. 🤦♂️ looks like a construction site rather than a visitor attraction..
Worst of all is the shop. Balvenie 12yo Doublewood Whisky at £71!!!!!!!!!
That is just scandalous and total tourist trap price.
You can walk 3mins down road to Glenfiddich Distillery shop and buy it in there for £40 odd!!!! Or go to the costcutter up street and get it for £34!!!!
