Tent camping in Outlet Beach section (mid June)
Sandbanks Provincial Park的点评
点评：This was our first time back at Sandbanks after 30 years!
We tent camped and were lucky to have a fairly secluded site one street over from the beach road and sort of hidden by small sand dunes.
Some sites we noticed, were not so private, but we got lucky as the other couple we camped with had done their research.
There were zero bugs.
Poison Ivy was around our site but was not a problem.
The beach was awesome for walking and sunset walking. There were tons of tiny dead fish that smelled at bit, but I think this only happens once/year.
The bathrooms (as compared to Sepaq campgrounds in Quebec), need improvement.
Compared to Sepaq campgrounds:
Sepag has great dishwashing stations - Sandbanks does not.
Sepaq has garbage cans - Sandbanks does not.
Sepaq has an amazing discovery center and store - Sandbanks has a private enterprise.
Sepaq washrooms (in our experience) were much cleaner and in better shape.
Still we loved our time at Sandbanks and loved the laid back vibe.
