点评:I'm visiting Europe with my husband right now and bought a swiss travel pass for travelling... usually train staff and information counters helped us a lot till we experienced Jungfrau team ,first we tried to find any tourism office but it was closed then an officer on station told us to inquire our queries from an information desk....we went there to ask if swiss travel pass cover this trip to Kleine scheidegg of jungfrau....he misguided us today i-e 20th may arounf 1115 to 1120am ...he told us to get the train as it is fully covered by swiss travel pass...when we boarded the train the ticket checkerkady informed that this is not fully covered by swiss travel pass and she was very rude to us we paid but she didn't guided us to whom we should complaint...we came back to the information desk and another lady there told us that may be some new guy or student misguided us....we went to another information desk to file a complaint but the man there told us that he can't help us may be the person who misguided us listened to something else
In short we spent our money unwillingly and jungfrau staff at the information desk is highly unprofessional and unhelpful
