点评：Let's get the positives out of the way first. The room was clean, the drinks were unlimited, and the hot tub was nice. The trip started off rocky from the time we arrived. Before our arrival, the hotel called me multiple times to ensure our arrival time and handle shuttle service. Well, by the time we had finished checking in it was before 2pm and our room wasnt ready so my wife and I sat around for more than 2 hours (even though they new our check-in time/arrival). Then as part of the all inclusive package you are supposed to be able to have reservations to the restaurants on location. Out of our 6 day 5 night stay we were only able to secure one reservation. Then the pools/pool towel situation. You are provided with cards for the pool towels. You give the people that hand out towels the pool key and in return you get a towel for the pool. Everytime we tried to get a towel we were told they didnt have any and this went on for days. We couldn't get a towel for the pool until the 4th day because I had to go to concierge and express my frustration. She was also able to get us an additional reservation for a restuarant. So out of our 5 nights there we were able to get 2 reservations for dinner. Also in regards to the pool areas; there are signs posted stating not to reserve pool chairs. By 7:30 every morning all the chairs would have peoples items on them and my wife and I would only see no more than 4 people in the pools. Keep in mind each pool had at least 200 plus chairs. Then when it came to do any type of excursion, they were all booked, literally every single one. The staff would tell us to book it for another day, which that day was always after we were gone. My wife and I have stayed at other all-inclsuive resorts in Mexico and have had excellent experiences. Frankly speaking, this place sucked. My wife and I just got tired of asking for anything because we knew the answer would be no. We could've stayed home and had a better time at the most basic hotel. I can't possibly recommended anyone else coming here and I can say my wife and I will never return to Malatzan Mexico under any circumstances.
