Disappointed.
El Cid El Moro Beach的点评
点评：We have previously stayed multiple times at this property. I have to say I was quite disappointed with our stay.
AC was barely able to keep the room cool.
Refrigerator did not work properly. Did not get cold even though it was set to highest setting for cooling. We had to put everything in the freezer.
Had to call twice for extra sheets.
No knife, cutting board or frying pan in the kitchen. Had to request frying pan.
Drawer in kitchen broken.
Curtains did not close properly and were broken.
Toilets leaked everytime you flushed.
Front desk did not have wristbands at check in and had to make extra trip to get them.
Went to exchange money and they said they ran out.
Did not leave kitchen towel for 2 days.
Room had view of abandoned lot filled with trash.
We have always enjoyed staying here but this will probably be the last time. For the amount of money paid for our stay it should have been much better.
