点评：There were several positive things that made the trip worthwhile. The meals were very good. I had the vegetarian option and it was delicious! My husband and grandson also enjoyed their meals. The wait staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. It was clean and the entertainment was well orchestrated. It had the potential of being a wonderful trip....however...we were told to arrive at three and I believe we finally pulled out of the station around 4.30. It was very warm and no place to wait or stay cool other than our car. A long uncomfortable wait!! They serve alcohol on the train and apparently some folks on our car thought it was a wonderful opportunity to get out of controll drunk. We booked this excursion as a birthday present for my 10 year old grandson. The behavior that was allowed to happen was unexceptable, especially with children present. I understand some folks like to imbibe, but this was definately excessive. They were loud and invaded our personal space with foul language. As retired folks on fixed incomes, and this being quite an expensive adventure, we felt that what could have been a wonderful trip, was ruined be drunken behavior. No staff member ever made an effort to curb the excessive behavior. Maybe a car should be designated for families with children, so, if folks want to drink excessively, they can do so without exposing kids to unwanted behavior. We were sure ready to get off the train when it was over!
