点评：My family of four was all signed up for the Zodiac expedition as our first full day in Kauai. (A 20-year bucket trip.) We made it an hour in when Captain Jake called it. The waves were just too rough. During that short time we saw beautiful Spinner Dolphins. Unlike with other companies, we were given the option of a full refund (parking included!) or if possible due to space, rebooking. When we re-docked my teens immediately we requested to rebook. We ended up rebooking for the final day of our holiday for a shortened excursion, and it was exceptional. We saw Spinner Dolphins (again!), entered caves, faced choppy waters with music and fun, and felt entirely safe under the leadership of Captain Rebecca and her deckhand Izzy. My 15-year-old daughter in particular thought it was amazing to have two females crewing the zodiac. The snorkeling was fantastic (I snorkeled with a giant sea turtle!), we ate snacks that were provided, and had the privilege of seeing the beauty of the caves from the inside - a place where many boats can’t go. Going in the caves and being up close was an incredible treat. As a professional risk manager, I felt exceptionally safe for the entire duration and filled with joy and gratitude. This trip was the perfect bookend to a beautiful and healing week. I would highly recommend!
