Don’t miss it if you are near Abilene, Kansas!!!

点评：An absolutely enjoyable and informative site! We spent 5 hours touring the Eisenhower home, Museum, Library, Burial Site, and grounds. It was a lovely early fall day, with minimal visitors present.
The Museum is so interesting, with an illustrated timeline of President Eisenhower’s life from boyhood through his multi-faceted career, Presidency, and beyond. Many, many interesting artifacts to see, and informative short films along the way.
Our guide for the house tour was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging throughout the tour. Staff all over the site were so friendly and helpful.
This is a “don’t miss it” location if you are anywhere near Abilene, Kansas.
P.S. I wasn’t too interested initially in visiting, but everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. I loved the day we spent here!
