Truly disappointed and upset- Music and noise till 3am 4 out of 5 Night!

点评：I don’t want to waste my time with this but for my family to spend an exorbitant amount of money on Villa number eight to have four of the five nights have extremely loud music and people conversing at the restaurant/caterer below till three in the morning!
On top of that there were many critters which could have been centipedes or worms, but they were in all the rooms on the walls and floors which was a bit creepy.
The upstairs bathroom and shower have headroom for someone just over 5 feet tall and then you’ll start hitting your head.
For the amount of money spent for each night. This was quite disappointing, even though the location was perfect.
The hotel staff and people at the pool of the main hotel or exceptionally kind, which was quite the juxtaposition
My great displeasure comes from the hotel and the response of not feeling a need to compensate since there was no forewarning of potential noise disturbances from an establishment that is used for events that frequently have very loud music.
Our last night we thought we were in the clear until we were woken up at two in the morning to noises from the workers below bringing supplies back from an event and then they all were congregating having drinks till three in the morning until I had to go down and approach them to tell them to STOP IT!
I was ignored and disrespected since they could have cared less
I hate to write a bad review, but please be aware that this is not an isolated event in my mind
