点评:This use to be a welcoming friendly environment for those of us with disabilities, until now. We were harassed by Jessica who claimed to be a manager before ever entering the gates due to our having a Service Animal. She demanded to know the disability, the service being provided and why it needed to be provided. While we were appalled, we let her know it was not any of her business yet she continued to harass and demand our protected personal information! We told her she can see and read the collar for proof of being a service animal at which she then proceeded to say she would not bend down to look and risk her face being eaten off! We asked the cashiers to get the mgr and here Jessica appears again to demean us further. We also informed her we were over charged an extra ticket, rather make it right she “donates” the ticket to a ghost customer!! The biggest kicker is when another employee later tells us this Jesica is only a trainer who went out of her way to belittle us due to having to depend on a service animal, refuse to correct our being over charged and then to keep us away from actual management! If you want to go somewhere to be treated like trash, this is the place to go, otherwise save yourselves the trouble and go down the road!
