DIRTY PLACE AND UNWELCOMING FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF

点评：Upon arrival was greeted by a receptionist who looked like we were an inconvenience. We were given a grubby looking robe and towel. Told where the changing rooms were. The changing rooms were absolutely filthy. The floor was so gross, under the seat in the middle there was just a mass of filth. The floors clearly had t been swept or cleaned for a while. Mouldy ceiling. The toilets were as bad. Scolding hot shower where you couldn’t regulate the temperature. Too hot to be able wash in. Shower was on a slant so the shampoo suds from the shower next door were running over my feet and into the drain in my shower. Hopefully the neighbouring shower didn’t pee in the shower or that would have also run over my feet!!! Overflowing bin.
Pool area was also dirty. The hot tub was a relic The grills around the outside were lifting and some were black with scum. The floor around the pool was dirty. Rust around the wobbly steps. Missing and dirty bits of grill. Good job it was dimly lite in there to hide even more. Steam room and sauna were fine.
The corridors and windows were also dirty.
Soa treatment was ok, although felt a bit rushed.
Exit was nearly as unfriendly as the welcome. However, this time there was a young man on there who did say bye. The girl didn’t bother speaking.
