Was once great but now left dissapointed

点评：Went for the santa train
We have been to the santa train ride for the past 11 years and this was the worst one we have ever been on.
We alway go as a group of 8. 5 adults and 3 kids.
The parking is never great here and never has been with a rough narrow road but this year the attendent was particually rude to get everyone door to door close and complained about 15cm left when reversing which was needed to access our boot.
Getting into the station and onto the train was faultless as ever so no issues here and seen to our seats again plesent.
Drinks orders were not taken as one member of our group made a simple request as to what whisky was being poured.
The "elf them made it his buisness after a 2nd polite asking to ignor or completely blank us. Because of this it then became a rilunning joke for the rest of the journey.
Santa was not great this year and was more awkward then interacting with the kids. The gifts were very poor this year, not wrapped in bags and just really very very cheap.
On the way off the train the elf that was "looking after us" barged infront of me and when getting off the train i said " thankyou" for him to turn head away.
Lastly they have always had a really nice guest engine. This year was fred who is a nice engine but was dissapointed it was not a really nice big engine.
I understand that the line is run by volunteers but as paying guests for the £18 each we paid we expected more from the experiance as we have had a great experience in previous years.

下火车时，那位“照顾我们”的精灵突然插到我前面，我下车时说了声“谢谢”，他却把头扭开了。
最后，他们每年都会安排一辆非常可爱的客座火车头。今年是弗雷德，它本身也挺不错的，但令人失望的是，它并不是一辆真正意义上的大型火车头。
我知道这条线路是由志愿者运营的，但作为每人支付了18英镑的游客，我们期望能获得更好的体验，因为我们往年的体验都非常棒。
