Came for a treat for my daughter the day before she started school. Have been once a couple of years ago and loved it.
Firstly the prices have sky rocketed and you don’t mind if the service and quality matches but it certainly does not. Over £3 for an adult to attend with their child I feel is just unnecessary especially when your paying over £11 for your child to attend! It’s still only a soft play centre…
We entered and sore staff being rude to a customer requesting to keep her table slight longer just for her child to finish his meal. The customer was only enquiring and the staff member was so rude to her it was such a shame and no need.
We had booked online for 4 people. We’re given a table with 2 chairs even though we booked. Had to then go begging for chairs off other tables.
Purchased food which again is a ridiculous price. Wouldn’t mind of quality matched. Again it really doesn’t. Ordered a chicken Goujon wrap. It was £7 and slapped on a tea cup side plate. Not even wrapped l. No garnish. No nothing it looked like one of the children had done it themselves I’ve never seen anything like it!
Food hygiene is clearly no biggy here as sore one women carrying in and out the kitchen 2 slices of garlic bread and the counter women picking cakes up for people bare handed.
Numerous staff not one engaging with children or customers just made the atmosphere awful. Then to top it off the toilets were disgraceful bins overflowing. Disgusting.
Wouldn’t return. Enough soft play centres around to not be ripped off!!

不会再来了。周围有足够的软体游戏中心，不会被欺骗！！
