点评:This was one of our most memorable experiences of our 3 week Costa Rica trip! We signed up for the Arroz con Pollo cooking class, but we experienced so much more. Chris, farmer, owner and coffee expert, showed us around the sustainable farm where we picked all fresh ingredients for our meal and learned about what he is doing to help other bean growers and to preserve the environment. His deep reverance and commitment are apparent. The meal was one of the best we've had, and we can't wait to make it at home. We were lucky enough to experience a bit of the coffee experience as Chris invited us to stay as we were "guests in his home." Best cup of coffee ever-- we had no idea what a complex chemistry experiment a cup of coffee could be-- fascinating! We paid $50 each for this experience-- worth every penny and more.
