点评：An excellent modern gallery located in the old episcopal place next to the cathedral. This is most definitely a gallery shaped by Pierre and Denise Levy who donated their collection in 1976. There is an introductory video that explores how and why they collected and their connection to Troyes. There are 21 rooms over 3 floors. The paintings span the 19th to 20th centuries, starting with the realists then impressionists, cubism and later works. It includes art deco glassware by Maurice Marinot as well as an interesting non-western art section. Outside is a sculpture garden. Their collection resonated with our tastes and we enjoyed the visit.
Included in the entrance fee was a special exhibition. For us it was the scientific "Météorites, entre ciel et terre" (Meteorites, Between Sky and Earth) which we found quite interesting as well.
