Hedingham Castle的点评
点评：My daughter wanted to visit a castle and having previously visited to discover it was closed, this time I planned ahead. I phoned Hedingham Castle on Tuesday 7th April and specifically asked if it was open for general admission on the following Monday (13th April). I was informed that it was and that it would be open from 10am onwards. I droves my four year old daughter half an hour and on arrival was informed by the gardener that it was closed. He initially insinuated I had got it wrong - which I firmly rebutted as both I am the lady on phone were both very clear in our communication.
Twice now done a two hour trip to this place only to be let down. I accept that it is a “lived in” castle so sometimes opening times subject to change - but even now website shown as open for general admission today, why not update it so as not to WASTE PEOPLE’S TIME????? I was also misinformed on the phone, is it that hard to check a calendar accurately?

我已经两次花了两个小时开车去那里，结果却都失望而归。我知道这是一座有人居住的城堡，所以开放时间有时会有变动——但是即使现在网站上还显示今天对公众开放，为什么不更新一下，免得浪费大家的时间呢？我在电话里也被误导了，难道查一下日历就这么难吗？
