Fine wine tasting on Lake Champlain

点评：Beautiful vineyard on Grand Isle, Vt with excellent wines and fantastic, friendly service. Sam and Emily made our visits to the winery extra special this summer. The vineyard is pet friendly, in fact, pet spoiling happens on a regular basis! The winery has both indoor and outdoor seating so no worries regarding weather conditions, you’re covered. There were concerts throughout the summer season and we were lucky enough to enjoy. Check on their event schedule for upcoming events. We’ve been informed they are open year round, with limited hours so check ahead. They have some fall events that will include warm mulled wine. I cannot wait!
Wines are plentiful and cover the entire spectrum from dry to sweet, red, white and rose. Tastings are VERY affordable and DELICIOUS! Bottles are delightfully affordable as well, whether drinking on site or taking to go. There are snacks available but feel free to bring your own food as well for a lovely picnic on the grounds. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. If the weather permits, take the short “hike” up the hill behind the winery for a surprisingly breathtaking view of the vineyard and Lake Champlain.
Snow Farms Vineyard is easily a favorite of ours and we plan to visit regularly throughout the year. Go and enjoy!!!
