点评：I love Caymus wines. Doing a Caymus tasting was a no brainer during my trip to Napa. Unfortunately, they were sold out when I first looked, however, after a quick call they managed to find a spot thanks to a late cancelation. So happy they could fit me in, however, I still had high expectations. Those expectations, well, were met+!
You're greeted with a very nice kept sake glass, a bottle of Fiji water, and the list of wines you'll be tasting. It is almost a private tasting as you get seated in your own section of a larger room and provided a tasting guide who basically only oversees a table or two. You'll get your money's worth on the tasting straight-up, especially with a sample of reserve on the list, but why not convert that tasting cash directly into a bottle (or two). That right there is a win-win in my book.
