PARKING EXTORTION - AVOID LIVINGSTONE DESIGNER OUTLET AT ALL COSTS

点评：DO NOT USE THIS SHOPPING CENTRE!! THEY WILL ROB YOU.
I will NEVER go back to this shopping centre. The shops with in the centre are fine however having paid for parking in the on site car park I was amazed when I received a parking fine for £100 a couple of weeks after our visit.
I appealed this fine immediately showing proof of payment along with a screen shot of exactly where I parked and the machine I used to pay for my parking.
Regardless of being able to clearly show proof of payment I then received a debt collectors letter which I have been appealing and I have been threatened with court action if I do not pay wjat they have now escalated to £170 pounds even during an appeal process!
They stated they sent multiple letters which were never received and escalated immediately to debt recovery.
This feels like extortion and daylight robbery and clearly shows this shopping facility does not abide by any rules or care for the experience of their customers.
My next step is to go to the local MP and will be taking the centre to court myself on principle to make an example of their management and try to prevent other family's from having the same experience as it appears I am not the only one that has had this experience.
The cost of goods is not really any cheaper than elsewhere so save your money and time and go somewhere that cares about their customers.
I am absolutely disgusted at how I have been treated and it appears not to be an isolated experience.
