Beyonce ticketing was a disaster!!!

点评：Good morning,
I had so much trouble with my tickets and seating that it was an utter disappointment!
I came to NRG and went to the first ticket center. The lady scanned my tickets and said, "Oh, these are floor tickets, so you need to go to the Phillips 66 area." I asked the lady, "Will my tickets work since you scanned them?" She said yes.
We walked to the Phillips 66 area and the tickets didn't work! I had to get in line at the ticket counter to get new tickets. I get back in line and they don't work again! I have to go back in line at the ticket counter with a supervisor and they got the tickets to work!
My tickets were H 11, seats one and two, but guess what?!! There was no Row H 11!
I was told to go back out to the Ticket reimbursement area and get more seats. The hispanic lady was on her phone when I walked up. She then said that she "understood' and she would move to Section M. I told her, "No, I didn't pay to sit in Section N". They were not better seats and no one was offering me a refund. Then, the lady behind me said, "I'll take Section N" and she began processing the lady behind me! I was standing there and complained that she had the audacity to help the other lady behind me like I wasn't standing there! I was with my 11 year old granddaughter so I didn't use any profanity, but I was angry. She then threatened to call SECURITY! Why?!
She finally offered me H1, the front seats. I accepted. I don't want to ever go through this experience again and I think it was a disappointment for my granddaughter's first experience.
I am dissatisfied.
