Siding Spring Observatory的点评
点评：Last Friday I headed off to Coonabarabran with my two young daughters to see the Geminid meteor shower that was happening that night.
We stopped at every planet along the way to our accommodation (some planets need a new paint & love).
The meteor shower was amazing at 4am &
later that morning we drove a short distance to the observatory ticking off the last planets as we went.
The girls & I loved every moment of our visit, from the space theme play equipment, Café, exploratory & the huge mind blowing moment was the Visitor Gallery in the AAT dome, we had no idea we could actually go inside without going on a tour.
The gentleman who was in the Cafe was lovely & very knowledgeable.
We cannot wait to come back when our eldest is 5 next month for a day tour much to the dissatisfaction of her younger sister.
This is a must see for all ages.
