点评：This was my first visit to the museum. I received a friendly welcome from the staff member on reception. The entrance hall was attractive and good-quality items were available in the shop. The information displayed was the right amount for someone who did not know a great deal about this amazing man. I loved looking around the birthplace cottage and it gave me a good idea about his life in Dunfermline. The exhibits in the museum covered many different aspects of his life in USA and how his wealth was used.
The museum was spacious and easy to walk around. There was so much to see, I could have stayed much longer. I noticed the efforts that had been made to engage children. I really enjoyed my visit! I learnt a lot and it was impressive to see examples of how his wealth had been used in so many different places. I certainly came away much better-informed.
