Fish Creek Falls的点评
点评：Steamboat is such a beautiful area and Fish Creek Falls is a short drive from town. Parking is $5 (cash or check only) and the parking lot does fill up quickly, so arrive early. There are restrooms available that were surprisingly well maintained.
We hiked all trails available, with the exception of the National Recreation Trail (I was too afraid of being negatively affected by the elevation to attempt it) and the views were stunning. It’s late in the year and there was very little snowfall this year, so the waterfall wasn’t roaring, but it was beautiful nonetheless.
Bring sunscreen and water, especially if you aren’t use to the high elevation.
If you go on a Saturday, be sure to stop by the Farmers Market in town afterwards, it’s the perfect spot to cool down after your hike and grab a snack. The vendors have a wonderful selection of fruit.
