Good Service at Booking, Let Down by the Tou

点评：We participated in the boogies and ATVs excursion during our stay. Juan assisted us with the booking process, and I want to highlight that he was excellent—very helpful, attentive, and professional.
Unfortunately, the experience itself did not meet expectations. The tour guide was unprofessional and came across as rude, which significantly impacted the overall experience. Instead of feeling enjoyable, the excursion felt more like an obligation than a leisure activity.
There was little to no guidance provided throughout the tour. Stops were made without clear explanations, and there was a lack of communication about what we were doing or what to expect next. Additionally, we were instructed to ride separate boogies, which directly contradicted what we were told at the hotel when booking.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this excursion. I strongly encourage others to carefully review feedback beforehand and ask detailed questions prior to booking, as many of the negative reviews appear to reflect similar issues.
There is definitely room for improvement in organization, communication, and overall customer service.
