海豚发现秀的点评
点评：I have mixed feelings about this experience. The dolphin encounter itself was amazing, and it was a memorable experience interacting with the dolphins. However, there were several things that could have been improved.
Firstly, we were not given clear instructions about where we needed to go when we arrived. We had to ask several staff members for directions, and although they pointed us in the right direction, the process felt confusing and unorganised.
Secondly, my life jacket was too big, which made things difficult during the dolphin interaction. It affected my comfort and made it harder to fully enjoy the experience.
We also paid extra to meet the manatees and sea lions, but those parts felt much more rushed compared to the dolphin experience. Our package also included sting rays and sharks, but unfortunately, we did not end up doing those activities.
Another disappointment was the photo package. We wanted to purchase just one photo as a keepsake, but we were told we had to buy the entire photo package. Because of this, we decided not to purchase any photos.
The island visit included in our package was also rushed. We were told to take the boat to the other side of the island at 2:30, as this was our allocated time, but staff warned us that if we missed that boat, we could potentially miss the return boat to Cancun. Because of the limited time, we only had a quick look around a few shops and did not get the chance to properly explore the town.
Overall, the dolphin experience was fantastic, but the organisation, communication, timing, and some of the additional activities could have been much better managed. With clearer instructions and more time to enjoy the other experiences, this could have been a much better overall visit.
