From the very first email, Marco’s communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful—he guided us through months of planning with attention to every detail and a genuine passion for helping us craft the perfect trip.
The hotels he selected in each of the Tuscan towns were fantastic—each one charming, comfortable, and perfectly situated for exploring both the countryside and local culture. Marco also provided excellent route recommendations, highlighting quiet rural roads, scenic vineyards, and picturesque villages. His suggestions for coffee stops, local trattorias, and cultural points of interest added so much richness to our rides—it truly felt like an insider’s tour of Tuscany.
When a minor issue came up with one of our bikes, Marco and his team responded immediately and professionally, getting us back on the road in no time. Their dedication and responsiveness gave us complete peace of mind throughout the trip.
