点评：My family and I had a very good day out here, whilst we were staying in Lincoln.
We found all the staff we encountered to be welcoming, helpful and super friendly. They made my children feel very welcome and seemed to genuinely care about whether they were having a good time. It was much appreciated.
The animals looked to be very well cared for and the llamas were a particular favourite with my children! The zip-line, outdoor play equipment, golf and the go-karts were all good fun and we had a great time.
We found the toilets and baby change facilities to be clean and well maintained during our day and we felt the food and drink costs were reasonable (the coffee was a bit disappointing though!).
The tractor ride is an additional cost - I think this is reasonable as if it was included within the ticket price, there would be huge queues for the tractor and everyone would have a compromised experience. I didn't mind the small charge for the ride and it was good fun.
The soft play barn was chaotic and I think there perhaps needed to be more staff in there to ensure appropriate supervision. It was very busy with lots of people having fun - but the slide (with inflatable rings) was far too busy and children were piling up at the bottom with several bumped heads and tears! It also made the barn feel very cramped as you were competing for space with people queuing for the toilets, queuing for coffee, waiting for a table or people hanging around whilst their children were off playing. We wouldn't be fussed for returning to the play barn.
It was a shame so many people were playing inside the soft play frame wearing muddy shoes / trainers - someone accidentally stood on my son's foot which was made worse by them wearing big boots.

软体游乐场乱糟糟的，我觉得可能需要增派人手，确保妥善监管。游乐场里人山人海，玩得不亦乐乎——但带充气圈的滑梯实在太挤了，孩子们都挤在底部，撞头撞得眼泪都出来了！游乐场也显得非常拥挤，因为排队上厕所、喝咖啡、等桌子的人，还有人围着他们的孩子玩，争抢着空间。我们以后再也不用再去游乐场了。
可惜的是，这么多人穿着沾满泥巴的鞋子/运动鞋在软体游乐场里玩——有人不小心踩到我儿子的脚，更糟糕的是，他们还穿着大靴子。
