Enjoy but be cautious !!!!
Ste. Chapelle Winery的点评
点评：We have been going to Ste Chapelle winery for 18 years. We visit 2-3 times a week with several friends and family thru out the year. Never had any problems and always enjoyed talking with the very friendly staff…….UNTIL NOW!! Be cautious as this winery has been taken over by unfriendly family members. ( Except for 4 employees who work on Monday) Walked in as usual last Sunday, and was stopped by Hunter and he asked if we had reservations. No we did not. Only needed them in the past when visiting with 5 or 6 guests. He said reservations are mandatory …. leave. Maybe this is why Ste Chapelle has had more employee turnover in the last six months than they have had in the last 18 years.
Hunter is a very hostile and aggressive individual and we as guests will not tolerate his behavior. This young guy has to leave. Wait till winter hits you are going to want loyal members like us, and the other couples we visit with to help keep you going. Word of mouth is going to hurt. We always treated all of the employees with respect and now you treat members like the way Hunter did to us on Sunday. There are several other wineries in the area that we will be visiting from now on. I do not recommend visiting Ste Chapelle with the new management and staff that has moved in the last six months.
