Very busy market , with a mix of nice artisan/craft stalls but a lot of market tat and fake items

点评：Stopped here to visit the Sunday craft market. As you reach the town you will be met by car park attendants waving you into parking spaces. Tip: don't follow the first people, carrying on driving as there are a lot more parking places as you get into town with much shorter distances to walk. We got there very early and were glad we did as we got to explore some of the town, local shops and market before the hoardes arrived. There were literally thousands of people there, with so many coaches dropping people off, and as the day went on it became almost unbearable. There are hundreds of stalls there , some really good craft / artisan stalls but an awful lot of tourist market tat. If you want fake handbags/ t shirts that's the place for you. Recommend looking at some of the smaller shops in the town which offered much nicer items . There are also various musicians playing around the town and a lot of small cafes where you can get things to eat and drink Don't expect to see much of the town which is a shame as it was beautiful much better to visit on a non market day.
