点评:As a member and suporter of the museum I found it very vard to give such a low score, but a review site is no good unless people share their actual experience good or bad. My mother is disabled and unable to walk far, so just getting from the car park to the museum is a challenge. Before visiting I asked Google "are wheelchairs available at amberley museum" to which the answer was "Yes, a limited number of manual wheelchairs are available to borrow at Amberley Museum", see attached screenshot. Happy that I could borrow a wheelchair I took my mother and wife to the museum, I parked my car and walked to the entrance to borrow a wheelchair, only to be told "No we don't have wheelchairs to loan to disabled visitors, haven't you brought one with you". My car isn't large enough to transport 3 people and a wheelchair, hence why I looked online before travelling. With no way of getting my mother to the museum entrance, I had no option other than to leave without visiting and hope I don't end up with a parking ticket because I didn't enter my numberplate as I wasn't able to visit. The museum makes a big thing about accesability, something of an empty gesture in my case. Why aren't wheelchairs available?
