点评:I travel frequently between Minnesota and Florida. This was my second time stopping at this store. I typically purchase from Hancock’s online, so having the opportunity to stop in person was an experience I was looking forward to.
Today I stopped after driving for 10 hours from Florida. I was looking for a few specific items and anything else that caught my eye. I realized after this trip that the store is more focused on their online store than this retail store due to the poor customer service. I asked a question and was responded to very rudely. The entire staff looks like they hate their jobs. No one smiles or greets you. One of the store employees kept following me around. (I realize I didn’t look my best after being in my car since 4am) The lady who cut my fabric was a literal robot. I witnessed a customer ask an employee a question about the location of something and the response was “I don’t know”.
It isn’t hard to be nice and put a smile on your face when you are in retail. After today I will probably not waste my time stopping again.
