Fantastic day out - highly recommend!

点评：The weather didn't behave and was a bit misty and miserable but this did not deter from a fantastic day out.
Andy tailored the day to the conditions, changing his original plans as we went along to allow for optimum potential of seeing Golden Eagles, Sea Eagles, Otters, Seals and Red Deer. He is very knowledgable about the wildlife and the area and it was great to see how enthusiastic he was when spotting something, despite doing this on a daily basis ... he obviously loves his job! He would train a scope onto the animals found so everyone could see even more clearly than through binoculars.
The wildlife is spotted from road & lochside, generally through binoculars, meaning you are not 'up close and personal' with the birds and animals thus respecting their space and disturbing them. This means it is difficult to get decent photos of them but in a way this is quite refreshing as you found yourself enjoying the moment rather than watching through a lens for the perfect shot! It also means that the day is suitable for those of us who may not be walkers/hikers ... although there is a lot of climbing in and out of the van!
Along with a LOT of herons, buzzards and other birds, we were lucky enough to see 7 otters (including one out on the beach and a Mum with two cubs), 2 Golden Eagles, 4 Sea Eagles (in a tree and flying), a hen harrier, an island covered in seals and were even treated to hearing a Stag bellowing in the glen and the Rut season starting which was rather special!
Wildlife can never be guaranteed but Andy did his best to take us to places with the highest potential and would point out what to look for etc (which we would never have found or seen on our own!) ... the whole day was a success and I would definitely do it again on a return holiday!

野生动物永远无法保证，但安迪尽了最大努力带我们去最有潜力的地方，并指出要寻找什么等等（我们自己永远找不到或看到！）......整天都很成功，我一定会在下次假期再来一次！
