Possibly the worst Gym and Pool on the planet

点评：I have been using (or trying to use) this pool since 2009 when it was Fusion. When it changed hands the same staff basically stayed on. This is the worst run, shambles of a gym I've ever seen in my entire life. The culture of the staff is to be rude, and hostile to any feedback or complaints. Rules, rules rules but they simply can't do their jobs. The change rooms are filthy despite cleaners dousing the place in water every morning at 06:30 while you try and get changed to swim. (yes, you get sprayed with water while getting changed!!). The pool regulartly gets closed because something is broken, chlorine levels are wrong about 50% of the time, they won't let my 15 yr old daughter swim (even though she's faster than anyone in the fast lane). The older blond lady is so unbelievably rude it's a joke. Occasionally chirply friendly young folks arrive as staff but they are gone in short order. Wonder why? The lifeguards aren't trained at all and are simply bored & disinterested. When you ask why they tell some interesting truths about the incompetent management. On one occasion when I tried to explain to a young lifeguard that the direction boards for the lanes were set out wrong I got told to 'bugger off' . I made a formal complaint which was never followed up. I had to make a freedom of information request for the incident log of the pool and ICO sent them a warning as they didn't respond. Quite how Hounslow Council can allow such a shoddy management of a facility paid for with tax payer funds is beyond me. Everyone involved in this place should be ashamed. After 15 yrs of trying to use this gym and argue for improvements I've moved to Richmond pools which is about 2 miles away but about 20 worlds apart in attitude and competence.
