-Buy your tickets well in advance. There are only 400 tickets/permits issued everyday.

-Dress in layers(base and mid layers should be plenty even when it is slightly colder).
-Stay on the designated paths and obey your guides instructions at all times.
-Minimize the stuff you bring- your backpack should have a binoculars, camera, poncho, water bottle and snacks
