点评：Impressive waterfall and fairly pleasant walk. Not sure how they’ve managed to privatise a waterfall, I don’t think this should be charged for. They’ve said it’s for the facilities but the toilets were pretty grim and a good chunk of the walk had barriers across so you could t walk it.
The lady taking payment made it very clear that cash was preferred. It came to £10 (2 adults and a 6 year old), I gave a £20 note and got £2 change. I mentioned the discrepancy to the lady and she apologised and corrected it (it was probably a genuine mistake).
We did the longer and the shorter walk and were still probably there for 1 hour max. My wife and daughter did see a red squirrel which was a bit of a bonus.
If I could rate the natural waterfalls separately I’d give 5 stars. But facilities, staff and the fact they’re charging lower that.
Recommended if it the area.
