The Natural History Museum Of Mongolia的点评
点评：Fossilized dinosaur eggs, Gobi desert natural history and geology, Prezwalski’s horses, Bactrian camels and raptors are what you might expect to see in the capital’s Museum of Natural History - it’s all here but the poor curators must have no funding for modern displays. The building itself feels like an old Soviet era mausoleum and badly needs a face lift. Some but not all displays are labeled including some helpful English translation but other interesting items are left to the imagination. I spent nearly two hours here, especially in the natural history taxidermy displays that seemed to represent virtually every major bird and mammalian species and some reptiles; I would have loved to have had more information about this great collection. Very small entry fee (~$5). There was a small gift shop at the entrance.
