KCOM Stadium的点评
点评：The stadium is well built and the seats are in good condition and the food is splendid. However when I queue up for food at half-time I end up waiting 20 minutes as the line was literally to the toilet.
This is UNACCEPTABLE. The staff continue to be lazy and just stand there looking dopey, like they are not serving customers. They take ages and people get angry yet there are empty tills and AND NO PEOPLE ON THEM!!! they need to do better and make sure that food is more accessible to everyone.
Also in the north stand people fly across to the away fans to taunt them. This causes damage to the seats and increased prices because 14 year olds who think they are “hard” try to wind up the away fans. This makes my season ticket prices increase.
Overall the general quality is good and the food is great but you need to improve the queue’s and fine the hooligans destroying our seats.
