点评:There are basically 2 beaches which are easily accessible on foot in Ao Nang:
(1) Ao Nang beach, which is closer to the main stretch of hotels and restaurants and is thus more crowded with tourists and
(2) Nopparatthara beach, which is more popular with the local Thais (and also joggers).
I like Nopparatthara beach more than Ao Nang beach as the former is quieter and you get to see some interesting views at the far end of the beach (about 50 to 60 minutes walk to the far end starting from the red bridge/conch shell sculpture).
You can find free toilets when you reach the area near the Park office, close to the other end of the beach.
If you're looking for clean, soft sand and clear water, these two beaches wouldn't meet your expectations. They are ok just for a quiet stroll (look out for occasional sharp objects like broken glass or trash though)!

(1) 奥南海滩,靠近酒店和餐厅的主要区域,因此游客更多;
