We really love France and have been holidaying here for years. We have found the French nothing but friendly, helpful and a lovely nation, but today I feel compelled to write a review of this place. My husband and I speak French very well and love wine and wanted to try some local St Chinian Domaines and Varieties etc. This place was recommended to us however what a disappointment! We are totally ignored whilst the patron spoke to everyone else but us, no acknowledgement at all. Even when we waited patiently for everyone else to be served many of whose came in after us and were at the counter ready to buy wine he continued to talk to everyone else but us. We walked out in the end and spent our money at the Espace du Vins a few hundred meters away. They, as most of the French, couldn’t have been more attentive and enthusiastic. My advise if you are tourist - give this place a wide berth and spend your time elsewhere!
