Terrible toilets , uninterested staff at Tourist Information

点评：Rivington itself is lovely, but avoid the toilets at the lower barn disgusting, floor covered in toilet paper, hygiene bins over flowing in ladies loo , smell so bad people were covering there faces going in .I went into the tourist information office and asked if they could mention to the contractors about the cleaning methods they use , and was told by some uninterested staff member at the back that they get cleaned twice a day and I’m lucky because some areas don’t provide toilets 😳 , My friends and I walk all over the uk and generally the toilets are presentable.where we walk . Yes lots of people are using them , but if they are cleaned twice a day then they should be ok , I used them at 10am and again at 3.30pm and they were exactly the same . The staff in the Tourist information office were not interested and gave excuses not solutions. What a shame that an otherwise enjoyable visit was marred by a couldn’t care less attitude.
