Disappointing visit
Hollywood Blvd. A Cinema, Bar, & Eatery的点评
点评：We have visited previously with a better experience, but this time there were several issues that were brought to the staff's attention, but nothing was done.
First, one of the chairs was so low, and was broken so it could not be adjusted. We were able to switch chairs with a chair that no one was using. Then, i tried to sit back on my chair, and it went so far back, i was almost laying flat. We asked the staff for another chair, and he said he will get one, but it never came. The staff was running around, seeming confused the entire time we were there. (wandering around with food)They tried to give us food that wasn't ours, and the same thing happened to the people in front of us. We ordered 5 food items . 1 drink came out quickly. The chicken tenders/ fries came out in a decent amount of time too. The fries were cold though, not even a little warm. We asked for replacement and they came back hot and good. A little while later they brought us the chicken sandwich. Fries were barely warm, but we just kept them. We waited for another while (at this point we were over an hour, hour 15 into the movie) we asked about the rest of our food, popcorn and a pizza. The girl said it's still coming. We waited and it never came! Then our waiter brought out check. He asked if we still wanted the food. We said no. And he took the items we didn't receive off of the bill. That part went smoothly. At the end of the movie, the theater got pretty cool. It was comfortable during most of the movie though. After the show the theater, halls, bathrooms were freezing, freezing cold!! A winter coat and gloves were needed inside.
The theming of the theater is really cute, but I don't think we will go back anytime soon.

剧院的主题真的很可爱，但我认为我们不会很快再去。
