Lovely to enjoy wine on the patio in Summer

点评：4.5 Overall. We will visit Hedges again. The three of us stopped for a wine tasting at Hedges during a drive from Seattle area to Walla Walla, on a warm and sunny July day.
AMBIANCE: 4.5 We chose to sit outside under the umbrella trees next to the fountain. The view was lovely, the trees provided cool shade, and the sound of the fountain was pleasing -- though the low hum of the fountain's pump was at first a slight distraction it quickly faded from our consciousness.
WINE: 4.5. We chose and enjoyed the Estate White Wine Flight and bought one bottle; for our next stop I am looking forward to having the Red Flight.
SERVICE: 4.0. Many wineries employ college students for summer wine tastings, and the gentleman who served us was no exception. However, he was better than most as he had just graduated with a degree in viticulture and thus was knowledgeable about the wines and able to answer our questions.
