Lovely house, peaceful gardens. Super staff.

点评：This is a lovely manor house outside Cirencester, built between 1909 and 1929; The staff were all incredibly friendly and I had the best welcome at the front door. The house is interesting and the garden is a lovely oasis. I loved it. There’s a small cafe which sells coffee, tea and cake but no sandwiches.
And best of all, they call them “Loos”!!
Could they make the arrowheads on the arrows a bit bigger so we can see them from further away?
And I used satnav to get here and it directed me down the main drive. I didn’t see the very discrete car park sign further on. I parked my car and thought “that’s a lot of people for just two cars”!! The sign for the car park is in the wrong position in my view. It should be before the main driveway, coming from the Cotswolds Airport. This would stop people like me seeing the drive and immediately going down it. It was only as I left and looked for oncoming traffic from the right that I saw the car park sign.
I would recommend this place to future travellers.
