点评:This is a tough one to review and I'm on the fence about recommending whether to visit or not. It's expensive for what it offers, but it does represent part of Lithuania's history.
The description I read that made me want to visit this park called it "a museum of Soviet times sculptures." I decided to go to learn about the history of Lithuania. The most interesting part of the museum was before reaching the entrance to the actual park where I had to purchase ticket for 12 Euros to see the rest. The sculpture park was a nice walk on a path through the trees, but the display wasn't very interesting. It could be made more engaging with historical descriptions of what the times were like during the Soviet occupation.
I didn't know or had forgotten that there was a zoo at the park, so it was a bit of a shock. The conditions in which the animals are kept seem cruel (I am not an animal/zoo expert, so maybe I'm wrong), but I didn't like the how it looked, especially the bear and what I think were monkeys (I didn't get close enough to know for sure). I certainly wouldn't take my children to this zoo. The playground was colourful and looked like fun, but not sure how safe it was.
