I have been a customer there for well over 30 years and every year I spent thousands of dollars on their goods and services. That was when it was Kimberly’s, not Tuscan sun. I am not feeling appreciated or valued. The owner “responded” with incorrect inaccurate information. Rebecca was supposed to call me back and never did. She explained she only had this managerial job for a short time and would look into it. I never heard from her. Next The rumors manager kasey reached out and agreed with me that my husband should not have to put cash in an envelope instead of a gift card. She said she would call me back the next day after getting more information and I never heard from her. Maria at the front desk also said she would have a manager call me and no one called. Instead I was completely ignored. In regard to the Tuscan sun treasure cards, I understand if they cannot be used with the gift card purchased on Black Friday. BUT my husband gets me Kimberly’s gift cards for EVERY holiday (at least he used to) and when he gives me a $300 gift card for my anniversary or my birthday, I should be able to use the treasure cards. When I explained to my husband after throwing away the treasure cards TWO years in a row because I could not use them, he asked me if he was supposed to put $300 cash in an envelope for my birthday and anniversary instead of getting a gift card? Really? There is a definite problem here. You can see in your computer if the gift card was a “Black Friday” purchase. For me not to be able to use my birthday and anniversary gift cards with the Tuscan sun treasure cards is not right. My husband should not have to put cash in an envelope instead of purchasing a gift card. It is $300 of his hard earned money with no promotion given. Everyone I explained this to agreed with me but NOT one of them ever reached back out. VERY poor customer service. As for “resolving” my issue, I have been ghosted by everyone from Tuscan Sun who has contacted me. I have not been offered an explanation or a solution. Just ignored.
