点评：There is an awful baby changing facility in the marshes shopping centre.
There are several issues that continue to not be a priority for management to fix making the experience in your shopping centre poor for a parent of a young baby.
The heavy door is broken and is poorly propped up by a chair. Someone tried to enter when I was changing my baby, and I found that frightening as the room is isolated.
The toilet is out of order meaning a parent with a pram has no toileting facility in your centre.
The room is not child friendly with no simple decorations e.g. wall stickers, a bit of colour.
The room could be improved with a comfortable chair e.g. breastfeeding support.
I do not know why the baby changing facility is upstairs which is difficult when your child is distressed. It was poorly marked and took me a long time to find from the other entrance.
I have written to management and lodged a complaint, citi g the problems and asking them to prioritize fixing the issues and addressing improvements to make visiting your shopping centre a nicer experience for new. We will see if they bother.
