点评：Years ago, I took a drive through the camping area of this park and it didn't do much for me. This year, I had a chance to go there again and I must say that I was quite impressed! My dad and I started a yearly tradition when I moved back to Cape Breton 15 years ago. Usually we go camping for a night or two in a remote, wild area of Framboise. Since fires are banned this year, we thought it might not be so great to go somewhere so remote and dark without a fire so we booked a night at this campground instead. The booking process was super easy and the agent was helpful in securing me a lot that met my requirements - private and big enough for two tents. The price was right too and although I'm not a senior, we got the seniors discount because my dad is over 65 and only one person has to meet the age requirement to be eligible. The site itself was huge! Definitely the biggest campsite I've ever booked at any campground on the island. There were campers on both sides of us but because there was so much space and so many trees on both sides, it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere! The site was very grassy, soft and flat so sleeping in a tent was quite comfortable. The campground was quite too and there was minimal traffic noise. The location is excellent because it's literally in the middle of town even though it doesn't feel that way. The canal and day use area are only walking distance away and all the restaurants, shops and attractions of St. Peter's are only minutes away too.
