Two great weeks in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia

点评：The planning and logistics for three countries, including in-country travel, hotel arrangements with guides, who were versed in the English language, and who were knowledgeable about the cultures made it easy for us to navigate in these countries (Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia) and to better understand and appreciate their cultures. The experience of visiting the Royal Palace in Bangkok was superb and other historical monuments and experiencing local food was great. The visit to Athuraya temples and understanding historical events was one of our highlights. Our travels to the north in Chiang Mai to visit temples and a day with bathing the elephants was another highlights of experiencing Northern Thailand. Our travel to Hanoi was impressive to witness the exuberance and entrepreneurial spirit of the people. Impressive was to be at the train alley and see passenger train rolling a few feet away from our coffee table was incredible as it was our experience with Ha Long bay with its beautiful landscapes and to top the experience a visit to Siem Reap to Angkor Wat at 5 am in the morning to see the sun rise behind the marvelous temple, the chirping of birds, was a totally an spiritual and unforgettable experience. Some hotels like the one in Hanoi were in good location but very small room for a couple.
