点评:Do to onboard electrical and weather issues March 24 to April 4th 2025 expedition was shortened by 3 days with a totally different itinerary. The Captain and crew did the best they could do to make the guests experiences as acceptable as possible. (Most of the guests including ourselves were return clients.)
We were offer compensation based on the lost days with a small discount on future expeditions. The new Australian owners of Aqua Expeditions refused to compensate guests for the extra nights we paid for our accommodation as most could not change there flights home or to other destinations due to the shortened itinerary. Our group of passengers all found the level of customer service from head office to be deplorable! Many of the return guests will not travel with Aqua Expeditions ever again
